Nice to virtually meet you! Here's what you need to know about me.

Hey there! I’m Abby, a passionate professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Oglethorpe University. During my time there, I also enjoyed being part of the Women’s Basketball team, which taught me the importance of teamwork and dedication.

After starting my career in public accounting, I discovered my knack for connecting talented individuals with opportunities in the Accounting and Finance industry. This led me to a fulfilling role at a boutique recruiting agency, where I gained valuable experience and built a strong foundation in talent acquisition.

In 2007, I joined the vibrant team at Turner Broadcasting (now Warner Bros Discovery), where I spent 13 years growing and leading a Talent Acquisition team focused on recruiting for various roles across Creative, Content, Business Operations, Product Management, and Strategy.

Seeking new challenges and personal growth, I decided to venture beyond my comfort zone and learn new industries and functional skill sets. Despite facing some obstacles along the way over the last few years, each experience has been a valuable lesson in learning and development, and ultimately led me to becoming a business owner myself.

Outside of work, you’ll find me cheering on Atlanta sports teams, practicing my golf game, and spending quality time with my rescue pups, Captain and Morgan.

I’m excited to continue pursuing my passions and making meaningful contributions wherever life takes me! As a Career Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur’s Source, I’m dedicated to helping people navigate their career transitions beyond traditional corporate roles, using the same coaching methods that empowered me to achieve self-sufficiency. Are you ready to take control of your career? Are you willing to invest in and bet on yourself and your future?

Let’s embrace the opportunity to explore a new path together. Let’s start the conversation!

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
